GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a
contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Antica Fonte.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore
binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo Antica Fonte, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Antica Fonte sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes
the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested the Client must sent this within the date indicated by the direction – by e-mail: info@agriturismoanticafonte.com withcomplete postal address of the sender of the bank transfer.
At this point Agriturismo Antica Fonte pledge to send an e-mail confirmation to the client.
All of the above must be re-confirmed by e-mail accepting the farm holiday’s cancellation conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt.
When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher by email.
Weekly Rental
From Saturday afrernoon to the following saturday morning.
Daily Rental
Minimum 2 day stay in all seasons but high. Rental can begin on any day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of the booking, the whole amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARDS OR BANCOMAT ARE ACCEPTED
PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution
and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions
are applied, in which a part Agriturismo Antica Fonte, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of
the local law courts of Livorno.
